Physical Properties Density (kg/m3) of 8.22 g/cm³, Melting Point 1355°C, Yield Strength (0.2%Offset) 240 MPa, Tensile Strength 655 MPa, and Elongation 35% for our Hastelloy X Tube are as per the international standards and Government of India recognized Export House. UNS N06002 Tubes are used in Niche market enterprises, service providers, government and vertical organizations, gas turbine engine, aircraft, industrial furnace, and chemical processing applications.
Werkstoff Number 2.4665 tubes are recommended especially for furnace applications because it has unusual resistance to oxidizing, reducing, and neutral atmospheres. Furnace rolls made of Hastelloy Alloy X Seamless Tubing were still in good condition after operating for 8,700 hours at 1177 Deg. Celsius. They also have performed well in jet engine tailpipes, afterburner components, cabin heaters, and other aircraft parts. This is a nickel base alloy that possesses exceptional strength and oxidation resistance up to 2200 Deg. F.
